Rochester is really nice. Beautiful parks and friendly folks. Day 4 is under way!

The beach at Hamlin State Park was super last night. Warm water, hot sand and my bro George buzzed us with my neices Amanda and Toni in his Bonanza. It was cool to see them so far out.

We ate a pasta and meatball feast with salad and had lots of choices. The kids are eating well.
Two skunks decided to visit us last night but I scared them away when they came right at my tent.
We woke at 6am to depart from Hamlin State Park on Lake Ontario. They are heading out for a 50 plus day and the early start will be great.
Ruby our youngest athlete, rode part of it today and we be picked her up a few miles down the trail to go back to the tandem. She rode 7 miles and then decided to go for a ride in the SAG wagon with me. Once the others left on their bike she asked me to call them and she joined them after all on the tandem for the first big mileage day.
The day ended with a record for many athletes who rode 73 miles. A few roads that changed names too many to many times with no warning. They ended the day with a meal at the New China restaurant. They sure got their monies worth!
