They even went through Podunk!!! What an incredible agricultural state in NY.
Middleport to Rochester
Kevin and I set up the next site at Hamlin State Park on Lake Ontario again. Its beautiful and it has a real beach.
Middleport to RochesterCamping at Golden Hill State Park went very smooth. The water was to cool but it was neat to see the lake and the lighthouse. We got up at 7:30 for grill toasted bagels, pop tarts, doughnuts, coffee, hot chocolate, orange drink and breakfast bars were consumed in high quantities.
The site was brioken down in record time and off we went to the Erie Canal trail. They hit the trail at 9:30 and will be off 3:00pm.
Ruby had her own mule named Rob(not Sal)!!! Kathy got a break and with the wind at there backs they had ability to go even further than expected.
